What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and password (stored encrypted)
- Purchase details: what you bought, when, and the amount — card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us
- Challenge activity: your tasks, submissions, feedback and progress
- Community content: anything you post in cohort spaces
- Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to keep the site working and secure
Why we use it
- To provide the challenges you bought and keep your access working
- To send transactional emails: receipts, cohort dates, deadlines and account notices
- To provide feedback, moderation and support
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
- To send marketing emails only where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time
How long we keep it
Account and challenge data is kept while your account is active and for as long as you retain lifetime access to your materials. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the platform — payment processing, email delivery, hosting and analytics — each acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights

- Request deletion where we are not required to keep it
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time
