What is a presale price?

It is the reduced price available while a challenge is being prepared and before it goes live. When the challenge launches, the price increases. Buying now locks the lower price for you permanently.

How long does the presale last?

Each challenge has its own presale period of at least 30 days before its cohort begins. When a close date is confirmed it is shown on that challenge's page. If no date is shown, none has been set yet.

Will the price definitely increase?

Yes — presale pricing exists to reward people who commit early. The confirmed live price is published when it is set rather than guessed at now.

Do you use countdown timers?

Only when a real deadline has been set by an administrator, tied to a single server-side date. You will never see a timer that resets when you reload the page.

When does my challenge start?

Each cohort begins at least 30 days from the point it opens for presale, and each challenge has its own date. Until yours is confirmed you will see 'exact date to be announced', and you are emailed the moment it is set.

Can I buy challenges with different start dates together?

Yes. You can buy one, several or all eight, and each starts on its own date. Your dashboard sequences them for you.

What if I cannot make the dates?

Challenge materials remain in your account, and cohort transfer options are published with each cohort's schedule.

How is a challenge different from a course?

Every lesson ends with an action you complete and submit. There are checkpoints, completion criteria, peer feedback and a cohort. Progress is measured in completed work rather than watched videos.

How much time do I need?

Between 40 and 120 minutes on a task day depending on the challenge. The exact commitment is listed on each challenge page.

Do I have to share my work?

No. Sharing is encouraged but always optional — you can keep submissions visible only to reviewers.

Yes, with every challenge, at no extra cost. There is no separate community subscription.

USD. Pounds and euros are shown as estimates for guidance, and the charge currency is confirmed clearly before payment.

How do multi-challenge savings work?

Savings apply automatically: 10% for two challenges, 15% for three, 20% for four, 25% for five, 30% for six, 35% for seven and 40% for all eight.
