Presale terms
Presale means you are buying before the challenge goes live, at a lower price, with clear commitments from us in return.
Last updated: September 2026
These terms are a working draft written in plain English. They are being reviewed professionally before launch, and the reviewed version will replace this text.
What presale pricing means
- The presale price is lower than the price the challenge will sell for once live
- Your price is locked at the amount you paid and never increases later
- The live price is published when it is confirmed; we do not advertise a future price we have not set
Start dates
- Every cohort begins at least 30 days after its presale opens
- Each challenge has its own start date, set individually
- Until a date is confirmed, pages say the date is to be announced — you will never see an invented date or a fake countdown
- You are emailed as soon as your start date is confirmed
If the date moves
If a cohort is postponed you can move to the new date or take a full refund. If a challenge is cancelled, you are refunded in full automatically.
Refunds during presale
Presale purchases are fully refundable at any point before your cohort begins. After that, the refund policy applies.
What is included
- The full challenge as described on its page at the time of purchase
- Cohort community access at no extra cost
- Any additional material added to the challenge before launch, at no extra cost
- Lifetime access to your submissions, feedback and resources
